CTSafe is the Approved IOSH training provider in Vietnam and the rest of countries in the world. We will recruit more trainers to run their programs in Vietnam under CTSafe. IOSH sets their own standard to qualify trainers who run their programs. Therefore, all trainers need to be IOSH trainers before conducting the course.
All trainers who wish to deliver the training will need to be approved. You’ll be asked for details of their safety and health qualifications, training qualifications and experience on the application form. Trainer criteria differs from course to course, and is specifically to do with sector experience and level of IOSH membership. All members’ CPD must be in good standing.
All trainers of IOSH, as a minimum will have to:
- be a Technical member of IOSH. Learn more about Technical Member here.
- have up date CPD. Learn more about what the CPD is here
- have an adult training qualification at level 3 on regulated qualification framework or have succesfully completed the IOSH Train the Trainer course
- have two years substantial face-to-face training delivery experience.
