About this course:
This 30 Hour General Industry is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in but not limited to Health Care, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution and Retail, specifically devised for safety directors, foremen, and field supervisors. The program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues. OSHA recommends Training Programs as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA standard. General Industry workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on specific hazards of the job.
Course designed for: Environmental, safety and health managers and employees, plant and facility engineers, maintenance staff, individuals new to the field, experienced environmental safety and health managers looking to expand their knowledge.
Participants will: Describe requirements in the OSHA standards that protect workers from common hazards in general industry workplaces
Course duration: 4 days, 30 instructional classroom hours. Participants must successfully pass the written exam at the end of the course.

Upon successful completion of the course: Participants will receive a certificate of course completion of 30 hour for General Industry.

Adrian Estes is PhD in Safety Management with over 25 years experience in training occupational health and safety for various industries. He is based in USA and he also covers Asian countries. He is Registered Safety Professional (RSP) by IBOEHS, USA and also the US Registered Nurse (RN). He has many years in servicing in the field of health care.
He has been with CTSafe since 2010 as one of key trainers for IBOEHS and OSHA courses such as registrered safety courses lile RSO, RSM and RSP and OSHA standard based courses like OSHA 10 hrs construction and general industry, OSHA 30 hrs construction and general industry etc.
Binh Pham has over 17 years experience in HSE including training for various industries. He is based in Ho Chi Minh and covers Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
He has started his safety career since 2000 and held different roles in HSE teams in BP, Shell and ExxonMobil E&P etc.
His background is in education and training and he graduated from Columbia Southern University, Alabama, USA with a master degree in Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Management. Binh is IOSH Chartered Member (CMIOSH), Fellow Member of IIRSM and World Safety Organization Certified Safety Instructor [(WSO-CSI) ML], and Registeed Safety Professional (RSP) by IBOEHS, USA. He has been with CTSafe since 2017 as a course manager and an instructor.
