• This training is based on both theory and best practices used in SPR audits
• Lecture sessions are illustrated with examples based on case studies
• Practical exercises are based on a case study which includes role playing and discussions
• Practice tests are similar to the Certification Exam

Prerequisites:

The main requirement for participating in this training course is having a fundamental understanding of social responsibility concepts, issues, and concerns.

• Introduction to ISO 26000 and social responsibility
• Social responsibility core subjects
• Social responsibility core subjects (cont’d) and integrating practices for social responsibility
• Improving social responsibility performance
• Certification exam

Examination:

The “PECB Certified ISO 26000 Lead Manager” exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP). It covers the following competency domains:

• Domain 1: Fundamental concepts of social responsibility
• Domain 2: Fundamental practices and principles of social responsibility
• Domain 3: Social responsibility core subjects
• Domain 4: Integration of social responsibility
• Domain 5: Improvement of social responsibility

Examination Features:

• An open book exam in 3 hours with 80 multiple choice questions. 
• Non-native speakers receive an additional thirty (30) minutes.
• You must make a score of at least 70% to pass this course.
• In case of exam failure, you can retake the exam within 12 months free of charge

Certification:

You can apply for one of the credentials shown in the table below after passing the exam. You will receive a certificate once you fulfill all the requirements related to the selected credential.

Learning method:

• Distance/Self-study. Students are provided with login into our learning platform and the course materials.

Course duration:

Students have 3 months to study and take an exam .
